Two arrested for felony theft in Pike, Upson

Pike and Upson County Sheriff’s investigators teamed up to investigate several thefts that have occurred in both counties over the past several months. Two arrests have been made. John Ethan Osbolt, 26, of Highway 109 west in Zebulon and Robert Kevin Chapman, 31, of Oliver road in Meansville are both facing numerous charges.
