Arrest report

Between Monday, August 9, through Sunday, August 15, Pike County law enforcement agencies made the following arrests: PIKE COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE: Jeremiah Joseph Hartsell, 23, seven counts entering automobile or other motor vehicle with intent to commit theft or felony, possession of firearm or knife during commission of or attempt to commit certain crimes, purchase, possession, manufacture or distribution or sale of marijuana and receipt, possession or transport of firearm by convicted felon or felony first offender; Anthony Michael Hernandez, 20, seven counts entering automobile or other motor vehicle with intent to commit theft or felony, possession of firearm or knife during commission of or attempt to commit certain crimes and purchase, possession, manufacture or distribution or sale of marijuana; Summer Alexandra Moreno, 21, aggravated assault; James Allen Turner, 59, probation violation (when probation terms are altered) for fingerprintable charge; Christopher Brooks Wadford, 41, criminal trespass; James Tyler Woods, 31, felony terroristic threats and acts; Gerald M. Brantley, 38, battery; Jamal Terick Graham, 49, battery; Kim Elizabeth Hubbard, 47, DUI alcohol, DUI alcohol less safe, duty upon striking fixture and failure to drive within single lane; Jamayain Rashad Mays, 20, aggravated assault and possession of firearm or knife during commission of or attempt to commit certain crimes; E’Rijan Annice McGhee, 27, driving while tag is suspended, driving with no license on person and no insurance; Roy Fred Clifton Newmon, 44, two counts second degree felony burglary; Vishal Dipakkumar Pandya, 43, driving without valid license, expired tag or decal and knowingly driving motor vehicle on suspended, canceled or revoked registration; Brandon Wayne Ware, 27, warrants out of Butts County. ZEBULON POLICE DEPARTMENT: Brannon Bunn, 26, probation violation; Jeremiah Idris Cain, 23, brake lights and turn signals required, DUI alcohol and DUI alcohol concentration .08 or more; Iquavious Shayveyun Davis, 23, failure to drive within single lane and possession of marijuana less than one ounce.
