Attendance=0 at Concord budget hearing

Concord held a public bearing at 6 p.m. Thursday, July 9, to address any concerns about the new 2009-10 city budget. Mayor pro-tern Jean Ralston and city clerk Carolyn Oxford attended.However, no citizens bothered to attend.
