Back-to-back region champs!

The Lady Pirates softball team clinched their second consecutive region championship Oct. 4 at Mary Persons. With 14-0 and 14-3 wins over Mary Persons, the team finished the regular season 17-12 overall with  an 11-1 region record.

“ We got big nights out of Lily Alpough who was 3 for 3 in game one with a double and two homeruns … the second being a grand slam,” said coach Kevin Mobley. “Austin King also homered in game one. We got great pitching from Kerrah Foster in game one and Tori Dilbeck in game two.”
