Brian Crow case no-billed

The Grand Jury recently issued a No Bill for Brian Crow, a former Pike County High School teacher and coach who was accused of sexual assault of a student. A no bill is a legal procedure dismissing charges against a defendant because the grand jury does not find enough evidence to charge the defendant with violating a law.
