Burousas laid to rest

Apparent homicide victim Jimmie (Buzz) Burousas Jr. was laid to rest in Greenwood Cemetery in Barnesville Sunday afternoon with a small crowd of family and friends on hand.Burousas was reportedly shot to death in the driveway of his Caldwell Bridge Rd. home near Concord in Pike County July 1.Pike County sheriff Jimmy Thomas reported his investigators have worked the case extensively but no arrests have yet been made.Burousas was the son of former Lamar County chief magistrate Jimmie Burousas.
