Cheer team before battle for state title

Show your support for the 2011 varsity baseball team as they leave to go play for the State Championship title.The team will leave from the baseball field at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, May 28. Friends, family of players and coaches and all other community members are asked to line the streets from the baseball field to the courthouse along 19 North to show their support for the team. This is the first time in Pike County high school’s history for the baseball team to play for the state championship. Check back for updates on the games. Game one will begin Saturday at 4 p.m. and game two will begin around 7 p.m. The Pirates will play at the Buford High School at 2750 Sawnee Avenue, Buford.
