County combines probate, magistrate courts

The board of commissioners discuss combining the county’s probate and magistrate courts at the 6:30 p.m. meeting Tuesday night and by a vote of 3-2, decided to move towarde that goal. Final approval of the combination of courts will require a legislative resolution.
