Pike County has had a total of 3,014 confirmed COVID-19 cases since the pandemic started in 2020, according to the Georgia Department of Public Health. Over the past two weeks, there have been only seven confirmed cases in Pike, however another death was added to make the total 81 deaths since the start of the pandemic, The number of probable deaths remained the same at 25 and the number of hospitalizations rose from 213 to 214.
