A total of 112 voters cast ballots in elections during early voting for the Nov. 7 election. The turnout was 8% percent overall.

“All elections are important and all votes matter, however local elections have a greater impact on our community,” said elections supervisor David Neyhart.

Local voters decided the mayor and two council members for Williamson and one council member in Zebulon.
