Gordon Men’s Basketball Team Advances to Region Play

The Gordon College Men’s Basketball team will face South Georgia Tech Thursday in the first round of NJCAA Region 17 play.The game is at South Georgia Tech in Americus. Tip off is at 8 p.m.’We finished eighth in the region and will be playing the top ranked team that is also ranked 21 in the nation,’ said Israel Ingle, head coach of the Highlanders. ‘We are going to have to work really hard, but I have faith in our team and their abilities.’The Highlanders finished the season 13-17.
