Investigators arrest store burglars

Pike County sheriff’s investigators have been working with numerous other law enforcement agencies over the past several months regarding a string of commercial burglaries that occurred last summer in Spalding, Upson, Pike, Carroll, Douglas counties and the city of Griffin.A late night burglary at the Rock Store on Highway 19 lead investigators to coordinate with surrounding counties due to the similarities in these burglaries.The U.S. Marshall Service came on board to assist local agencies and they were responsible for developing another strong lead which led to the arrest of Andre Trinton Wynn 43 years old of Atlanta and Anthony Delary Patrick 48 years old of Forrest Park.
