Just Because Ministries is asking citizens to touch the heart of a child in Pike County this Christmas with a “box filled with gifts and the Good News of Jesus.”
Just Because Ministries will collect and deliver gifts to Pike school counselors for students in need. Gifts, gift cards and monetary donations are sought by Dec. 9. The group has a goal of filling 300 boxes for local children and community members can fill a box or gift bag of any size with age-appropriate items and add a $25 gift card. Label the box girl, boy or neutral and the age group from one of the following pre-K (4 and 5 years old), primary (kindergarten to second), elementary (third to fifth) middle (sixth to eighth) and NGA/high school (ninth to twelfth).
“Monetary gifts will also be accepted and 100% of the donations will go towards gifts for Pike children in need. Full or partial sponsorships are appreciated. Each gift costs around $50 and all donations are welcome,” said Stacy Berry.
Donations can be sent to Just Because Ministries at P.O. Box 645 Zebulon GA 30295, to Paypal.me/justbecausem or through CashApp at $Justbecausem.
Donation items or packed gift boxes can be dropped off at Mustard Seed Boutique at 7791 Highway 19 south in Zebulon, Hey Jo Boutique at 420 Thomaston Street in Zebulon or Highland Real Estate Investors at 9901 Highway 19 in Zebulon.
