Man charged in Spalding murder

Spalding authorities have charged a 20-year-old male with the murder of his girlfriend.Spalding deputies responded to a call at 120 Railroad Dr. in western Spalding at 11:37 p.m. Monday.The body of Amber Nicole Clay, 22, was found in a bedroom. Clay, who lived at the residence, had taken one bullet to the head.After a time, William Glen Spoon, 20, also of the Railroad Dr. residence, was arrested. He faces murder and additional charges.
