Meet Pike County’s new superintendent this Thursday, Jan. 4 from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. at the newly renovated Auditorium. Shane Williamson was announced as the school’s new superintendent at the school board’s Dec. 13 meeting and he is looking forward to meeting members of the community.
“As superintendent I am committed to maintaining the tradition of superior schools and enhancing growth opportunities,” he said. “I am grateful for the trust the board of education placed in me and enthusiastic about the opportunity to lead Pike County Schools.
