Paving crew member killed

UPDATE: Michael Moore, 52, of Forest Park was the man who died after being struck with an asphalt paver during resurfacing work on Kings Bridge Road. Please keep his family in your prayers.Traffic investigators with the Pike County Sheriff’s Office were on the scene of a fatal accident on Kings Bridge Road around 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 11. All traffic was being diverted from the area where a paving crew member was struck and killed by a piece of equipment during the road improvement project.
