At 9:34 this morning , Pike County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a pedestrian that was hit by a vehicle on Highway 18 in Concord.
Henry Shelnutt, 93 years of age, from Locust Grove , was deceased at the scene of the accident.
This incident is still under investigation by the Sheriff’s traffic investigators.
