Pike Business Park nearly at capacity

Things are getting busy at the Pike Business Park on Highway 19 in Zebulon according to Kyle Fletcher, Development Authority of Pike County Executive Director.

“A lot of dirt is moving in the Pike Business Park. Accessory Aero Group and Thomaston Milk Company are clearing their property as they get closer to building their facility,” she said.

“Accessory Aero Group, LLC specializes in non-destructive services, overhauling, aircraft wheel and brake repair and they will be building on Lot 9. Martin and Company has recently moved into their new facility located in Lot 10. Lot 19 in the park is owned by Thomaston Milk Company and they are very close to building their facility.”

Earlier this month, Helix LLC purchased lot two and they have already begun the clearing/grading at the site.

The Highway 19 frontage parcels are owned by Jim McNair and they were recently cleared with work ongoing at those sites. Jim McNair is the owner of McNair Grading Inc.

There are only six remaining lots in the Pike Business Park, including Lot 11 (15.8 acres), Lot 14 (3.12 acres), Lot 15 (4.35 acres), Lot 16 (4.93 acres), Lot 17 (3.26 acres) and Lot 18 (3.68 acres).

“Metts Electric recently moved into an existing building in the park and we are happy to welcome them to the park,” said Fletcher.
