Nathan Enders, Laura Enders and two of their small children were killed in a plane crash in Williston, Florida around 1 p.m. Sunday, April 16. The family had moved to the Eagle’s Landing subdivision in 2016.They were both active in the Candler Field Flying Club and had a passion for aviation. Nathan was an air traffic controller and flight instructor.’Today we mourn the loss of part of our museum family,’ said a post on the Candler Field Museum page. ‘Please join with us as we pray for their families and friends.’The family was in a 1948 Cessna 170 when it crashed at a tree line on the north side of the Williston Airport’s taxiway. All four were dead at the scene of the crash. An older son was not with them at the time.
