Pike is home to Miss Amazing Teen Queen

Ansley Resmondo competed in the Georgia Miss Amazing pageant and won the title of Georgia Miss Amazing Teen Queen for 2025. She attends Pike County High School and is the daughter of Marianne and Trey Hammond. Ansley will represent Georgia as she competes at the National Miss Amazing pageant in Chicago, IL from July 18-20.

“We are so proud of Ansley for her accomplishment. She was born with Down syndrome and she amazes us! She is a kind and beautiful young lady,” said her mom Marianne Hammond. “Some of her service projects since her crowning include planting flowers and providing cookies at Pike Manor assisting living and making goody bags for the PCHS girls’ soccer team during playoffs.”

Miss Amazing is a nonprofit organization on a mission to provide personal development opportunities and build self-esteem in girls and women with disabilities.

“Ansley cannot wait to meet new friends in Chicago and show everyone her abilities,” said Marianne.
Ansley will participate in interviews with the judges, perform a solo dance and show off her formal dress.
