Pirates to run for first place

The high school cross country team will run for first place in Carrollton at the state championship this weekend.’We’re going to the state championship Saturday, Nov. 7, and we’re looking for our third straight top 10 finish for our boys,’ said coach Justin O’Steen. ‘Both the boys and the girls finished 10th at state last year.’
