A plane crashed at the Peach State Aerodrome in Williamson Saturday morning, Nov. 15, injuring the two who were aboard the plane.According to eyewitnesses, the plane was flown straight up in the air and stalled out when coming back down. The pilot flew the plane in between the two buildings then crashed into a field near the Candler Field Museum. One patient was transported by ambulance to Spalding Regional Medical and the other patient was life flighted to Emory in Atlanta and was conscious at the scene.Check the Pike County Journal Report for updates as they become available.
