Roads closed in Pike

The deluge that hit Pike and surrounding areas due to Hurricane Sally left several roads closed to traffic. Residents are encouraged not to try to cross areas of road that are covered in water as the road could be washed away. Roads currently closed include: McKinley Road between Highway 18 and Glover Road, Hunter Road, River Road, Turner Road between Concord Road and Milner Road, West Road between Bottoms Road and Wright Road and Old Zebulon Road between Cook Road and Powder Creek.
